Setup
Guest list
On a phone, tap a guest and then a seat. Keyboard users can select both with Enter.
- Enter one guest per line. Add an optional group and preference: Full Name | Group | stage/aisle.
- Combine table groups, such as 6 tables of 6, 5 tables of 4 and 7 tables of 5.
- Auto seat your guests first, then fine-tune the plan with drag and drop.
- Add pairs of names to help seat guests together or keep them at separate tables.
Seating rules
- Enter two names per line: Emma Wilson | James Wilson
- The planner tries to seat pairs at the same table and keep conflicting guests at separate tables.
Venue objects
Add an object, then drag it into position in the main room or additional area.
